01 · Introduction

About these terms

In these terms, “Wandering Works”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the services described on our property tours website. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation enquiring about, booking or purchasing those services.

These terms should be read with the package description, quotation and written booking confirmation supplied for your project. Where a quotation or booking confirmation expressly agrees a project-specific arrangement that differs from these general terms, the specific written arrangement will apply to that point.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

02 · What we provide

Services and packages

We provide interactive 360° property tours and may also provide edited standard property photography, aerial photography, drone films and interior walkthrough films where selected.

Our published packages specify the maximum number of edited panoramas and standard photographs included. The word “up to” describes the package limit; it is not a promise that every property will require or receive that exact number. The appropriate coverage will depend on the property, the agreed brief and the practical suitability of the spaces to be photographed.

If a property requires substantially more coverage than the published packages provide, contact us for a quotation. Additional work must be agreed in writing before it is undertaken.

03 · Standard packages

Prices and introductory offer

The standard property tour packages published on our website are:

Package Price Included coverage
A First Look £99 Up to 15 edited 360° panoramas and up to 10 standard photographs
More to Discover £119 Up to 20 edited 360° panoramas and up to 15 standard photographs
Room to Explore £139 Up to 25 edited 360° panoramas and up to 20 standard photographs
A Bigger Picture £159 Up to 30 edited 360° panoramas and up to 25 standard photographs
Every Detail £179 Up to 35 edited 360° panoramas and up to 30 standard photographs
The Complete Story £199 Up to 40 edited 360° panoramas and up to 35 standard photographs

Each standard package includes six months of online hosting for the completed tour, subject to the hosting provisions below.

Introductory offer: bookings confirmed by 31 December 2026 secure the package rates displayed above. The offer applies to the published standard package prices. It does not automatically apply to separately quoted work or other charges.

The prices displayed on the website are the published prices for the listed packages. Any applicable taxes, travel charges or other additional costs must be identified in the quotation or booking confirmation before you commit to the booking.

04 · Additional media

Additional media options

You may choose one of the following cumulative upgrade options alongside a standard tour package:

Option Price Included
Option 1: Extra photography £20 Up to 25 additional edited photographs
Option 2: Aerial photography £25 Option 1, plus up to two edited aerial photographs
Option 3: Exterior film £60 Options 1 and 2, plus an edited drone film
Option 4: The Full Works £99 Options 1, 2 and 3, plus an edited interior walkthrough film

These prices are cumulative option prices, not separate amounts to be added together. For example, Option 4 costs £99 in total, rather than £20 + £25 + £60 + £99.

Additional media must be selected and agreed as part of the booking. Any work outside the described scope requires separate agreement.

Aerial photographs and drone films are subject to suitable weather, safe operating conditions, applicable permissions, airspace restrictions and any other legal or operational requirements. If aerial work cannot safely or lawfully proceed, we will discuss the available alternatives with you.

05 · Annual agreements

Annual partner packages

Annual partner packages are intended for businesses requiring multiple property tours over a 12-month agreement. Each package is paid in advance and provides the annual tour allocation and rates shown below.

Package Annual volume Saving on baseline Price per tour Annual total
Partner 12 12 tours 10% £107.10 £1,285.20
Partner 24 24 tours 20% £95.20 £2,284.80
Partner 36 36 tours 30% £83.30 £2,998.80

Baseline tour and package selection

Each tour in an annual partner package starts with the More to Discover baseline: up to 20 edited 360° panoramas and up to 15 standard property photographs, including six months of online hosting.

Partners may mix and match the five standard packages from More to Discover upwards throughout their annual allocation. The difference between the £119 baseline and the selected package's published list price is charged separately at the following rates:

Selected package Upgrade difference
More to Discover £0
Room to Explore £20
A Bigger Picture £40
Every Detail £60
The Complete Story £80

The partner percentage saving applies to the £119 baseline price only. It does not apply to the package upgrade difference, which is charged at the published list-price difference. The two amounts are calculated separately.

Quarterly allocation and carryover

Annual tour allocations are divided into quarterly targets:

  • Partner 12: three tours per quarter, with a maximum of one unused tour carried forward.
  • Partner 24: six tours per quarter, with a maximum of two unused tours carried forward.
  • Partner 36: nine tours per quarter, with a maximum of three unused tours carried forward.

Up to the stated carryover limit may move into the immediately following quarter. Carried tours must be completed by the end of that following quarter, cannot be carried forward again and are additional to that quarter's own allocation. All tours in the annual commitment must be completed within the 12-month agreement.

Partner additional-options offer

The introductory partner offer provides 25% off eligible additional media options and eligible additional media charges when the annual partner package and the selected extras are paid in advance. The offer runs until 31 December 2026.

Where applicable, the 25% reduction is calculated on the eligible additional charge. It does not create a second discount on a charge that has already been discounted. The partner percentage saving on the baseline tour and the 25% additional-options offer apply to their respective eligible charges, not twice to the same amount.

Partner packages do not include a free allowance of aerial photographs. Aerial photography, films and other additional options must be selected and priced separately.

Annual partner arrangements are subject to a written agreement confirming the start date, annual allocation, payment and booking arrangements. Any variation to the published allocation or carryover rules must be agreed in writing.

06 · Booking arrangements

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. Before a booking is accepted, we will confirm the agreed service, selected package and options, price, property details and intended arrangements in writing.

Your booking confirmation or quotation will also identify the applicable payment arrangements, any agreed travel charges, the intended photography date or dates, and any project-specific requirements.

Please check the written details carefully and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect. Any changes to the agreed scope or price must be accepted by both parties in writing.

07 · Property access

Access and preparation

You are responsible for arranging lawful access to the property and obtaining any permissions required from the owner, occupier, landlord, managing agent or other relevant person. Please tell us about any restrictions, access arrangements or safety issues that could affect the work.

Unless otherwise agreed, the property should be ready for photography at the arranged time. This includes making the intended areas accessible and addressing any preparation requirements discussed before the appointment.

If access is unavailable, areas cannot be entered safely, or the property differs materially from the agreed brief, this may affect the coverage or require the appointment to be rearranged. Any resulting changes to price or scheduling will be discussed with you.

08 · Aerial operations

Aerial work and safety

Drone operations are subject to weather, visibility, airspace restrictions, legal requirements, permissions, equipment condition and the availability of a safe operating location. Aerial work will only proceed where we consider it safe and lawful to do so.

We may postpone, alter or omit an aerial element if conditions make the planned operation unsafe or unlawful. We will discuss reasonable alternatives where available. A particular aerial shot or flight path cannot be guaranteed.

Where aerial work cannot be completed as planned, the treatment of the affected part of the booking, including any rescheduling or price adjustment, will be addressed in the written arrangements for that booking and in accordance with applicable law.

09 · Online availability

Online hosting

Each standard tour package includes six months of online hosting. The six-month period begins when the completed tour is made available online, unless another start point is agreed in writing.

Hosting beyond the included period is not automatically included. Any renewal, extension or continued hosting must be agreed separately, including its price and duration.

Online availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults, service-provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to address problems affecting a hosted tour but cannot promise uninterrupted availability at every moment.

Clients who require continued hosting should arrange a renewal before the included period expires. We cannot guarantee that a tour will remain online after its agreed hosting period ends.

10 · Finished materials

Editing and delivery

We edit the photographs, panoramas and films included in the agreed package. The finished work will reflect the agreed brief and our editing approach. Photography and film involve creative judgement, and differences in display devices, lighting and colour settings may affect how the finished material appears.

The expected delivery date or timescale will be agreed in the quotation or booking confirmation. If circumstances arise that are likely to affect that timescale, we will communicate with you and discuss the revised arrangements.

The package includes the specified finished deliverables, not necessarily unedited originals, raw footage, project files or working files. Any such additional materials must be agreed separately.

Please review the delivered materials and notify us of any apparent error or omission as soon as reasonably practicable. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

11 · Copyright and use

Use of finished work

The permitted use of the finished tour, photographs and films will be confirmed in writing for each booking. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the booking should not be assumed to transfer ownership of copyright or include unrestricted rights to reproduce, sell, sublicense or redistribute the materials.

If you need the materials for particular purposes, such as property-listing platforms, your own website, social media, printed marketing, third-party booking platforms or onward licensing, please identify those uses before the booking is confirmed so that the appropriate permissions can be agreed.

You are responsible for ensuring that any text, logos, photographs or other materials you supply for inclusion in a tour may lawfully be used for that purpose.

We will not assume that we may publicly use images of your property as portfolio material or promotional content merely because we created them. Any such promotional use should be agreed separately.

12 · Changes to arrangements

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. The applicable arrangements for rescheduling, cancellation, refunds and any costs already incurred will be confirmed in writing before the booking is accepted.

If we need to change an appointment, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. Weather, access restrictions, safety concerns and circumstances outside either party's reasonable control may require an appointment to be rearranged.

No provision in these terms removes any cancellation, refund or other right that applies under consumer law. Any cancellation term agreed for a particular booking must comply with applicable law.

13 · Responsibility

Liability

We will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing the agreed services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for obtaining the permissions required for access to and photography of the property.

Interactive tours, photographs and films are promotional materials. We do not guarantee that their use will generate a particular number of enquiries, bookings, sales or other commercial results.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Any other limitation or allocation of liability must be consistent with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.

14 · Statutory protections

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under UK consumer law in addition to the arrangements described on this page. Those rights may include protections relating to the provision of services, unfair contract terms and, in certain circumstances, contracts made at a distance or away from business premises.

Whether a cancellation period applies, and whether any exception is relevant, depends on the nature of the contract and the circumstances. We will provide any information or obtain any consent required by law for your booking.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a right that you are legally entitled to exercise.

15 · Personal information

Privacy

We may need to process contact details, booking information and property-related information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide services and administer our business.

Personal information should be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Please contact us if you have a question about information associated with your enquiry or booking.

16 · Legal framework

Applicable law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to a particular customer.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
